ZZ is a temporary plate from the ROI for people outside the ROI only keeping their vehicles in the ROI for a limited amount of time and YF54LEK, best guess is some sort of show plate? wrong font and it doesn't turn anything up on any tools

I know i issued the mot using the vin number and not ZZ. LEK i found on the hard shoulder of the M20 maybe it was a dodgy fake plate fitted to a bike. C842WLH is a London North West plate, but I can't be more exact on when it was issued other than between 1/8/1985 & 31/7/1986. MorrisItalSLX
It’s been a while, but here are some more plates for your perusal. I’d told myself enough was enough, but these were too nice and too cheap to pass up. A very nice pair of “Wright’s” heavy pressed aluminium plates and a pair of AA GB plates. My question, as always, is the same. What did they come off? Dan_ZTT, eddyramrod and LightBulbFun

S(e)X(y), I’m sure you would agree. My query to my fellow number plate perverts, what is the pedigree of SX3968? I’m unfamiliar with this older format and would like to know its age and place of origin. Somewhat late answer... From Glass's Index of Registration NUMBERS 1929-1965. SX3968 was issued in 1935 by West Lothian. As 1935 started with SX3914 and ended with SX4189 I would suggest issued in January or February.
