Now that I'm close to completion on the paintwork of the old 18 diesel I'm just gauging interest to see if anyone wants it?

The paint still needs flatted and polished, I've been leaving it to cure for a week so haven't gotten around to doing it yet. It needs a rear wheel cylinder replaced brake shoes and a brake pipe replaced, it broke when removing the old cylinder. It could also do with a new clutch, It's been the same since KinkerSaab had it in 2012 and will slip if not driven carefully.

Mileage is around 75k from memory and mot is up in June.

It's had a new timing belt, water pump and radiator. New wheel arches welded in, sills have been patched up over the years. It's had a lot of welding underneath and on the inner wings.

Interior is filthy, mainly paint dust from removing the paint.

Currently fitted is a set of Reliant ss1 alloys but I'll see if I can dig out the original steel wheels.

Good project for someone and not many left so might be worth saving.

Will need towed/transported due to rear wheel cylinder/brake pipe needing replaced.

£400

This is extremely tempting!

Some points worth mentioning, it would benefit from new sills.

In an attempt to get it ready to be taken away I stripped down the rear drum with the burst cylinder and found the shoes have fallen apart, the new cylinder is wrong and I have damaged the brake pipe when removing the old cylinder.

It's looking like a trailer job.
