Pillock
Apart from the ones that inexplicably get bid up, even though an identical model with less miles just went through with a single, lower bid. I'm sure the ASMM will be supportive* and helpful* in choosing the best example. They probably won't wait for the AA when it FTPS in the carpark though. chaseracer

fordperv
I think this is looking the wrong way, on here undesirability in a car is like a badge of honour, so in fact I would class one of the most undesirable cars to be something like a new reg white/storm grey audi a3 because it's what the great unwashed desire If it's in any way helpful xtriple I too would have a kia magentis eddyramrod, Angrydicky, EssDeeWon and 3 others
EssDeeWon
Yes Fordperv ^^ that was my take on the thread too. Having said that I don't really mind new white german cars, I wouldn't ever buy one but that's not my problem. Its the twats that drive them in cunt mode all the time I can't stand. Never giving way to any fucker but always expecting to be let in a queue of traffic which could result in them shaving 14 seconds off their journey time. eddyramrod
A 2003 Daewoo Leganza V6. £400 rfl and fuck all possible reason you'd want one.Did they ever do a V6 Leganza????? Count me in if you can find one! And in answer to the original question, literally every car I've ever owned, both during my ownership and at selling time. HMC
It's an impossible question, but we should be well served to answer. From thinking back using the AS forum barometer of appreciation for old cheap stuff I've run, I had a skoda felicia a few years back. It was interesting to see reactions on the forum. I think It seemed to fall victim to not being old enough or terrible enough or rare enough and was a bit bland and had been infected by VAG. I quite liked it but have a feeling that because of the above it was the most " undesirable" car I've owned from my time on the forum, from the collective AS perspective. Personally anything in truely dire condition without an mot as I'm lazy and if a car isn't effectively a useable rolling project, my selfconfessed short attention span and lack of time means I would give anything like that a wide berth. eddyramrod
Yoss
I have an MG ZT-T 190 in almost trophy yellow. I say almost because it's had a respray in a slightly darker shade which is evident when you open the doors. The more you look the more overspray you find. The cambelts are due a change (and there's three of them) and I'm just starting to get a bit of clutch slip so there's £800 of work in those two jobs (or far more in most garages) which is about double what it would be worth with the jobs done so I'm into minus figures here. vaughant
Most unloved car I ever tried to sell was (in 2000) a mk1 mr2, literally tried for a month in the free ads (MEMBER FREE ADS? OH YEAH I MEMBER!!!).Dropped the price down to I think £1000 in the end which was smack on mid range for an average car with T&T back then.Swapped it back for a non running fiesta turbo which was way easier to shift ironically. I can see why it didn't sell though, what a crappy car, just really unappealing unlike the later curvy one which I found a great car to drive, particularly in turbot format despite being a tad snappy in the wet. BOOST YO! This day and age at auction level the ones left behind seem to be: -Petrol 206's, usually without mot,-Derv mondeos, struggle to hit £100-automatic Volkswagens-big petrols. And everything I seem to buy 😂😂😂 overrun

Cavcraft
It's all subjective but the Laguna Mk1 petrol I had went cheap to a mate who weighed it in a few months later because he couldn't find a buyer. I thin k there's 'fun' crap (like the Kia Vagmentallist, Hyundai Elephantra, etc) and there's just 'downright fucking awful' crap like Escorts, Kas, Mk2 Mondeos, Fiestas, Golf Mk3s etc. eddyramrod, xtriple and ShiteRider

Split_Pin
I think work required + length of MOT is proportional to desirability at this level. If it's got the above to any appreciable degree then it should find a home!

djimbob
As in: no fucker wants it even if you are giving it away. I reckon my Kia is in with a shout as I offered it to my son for Christmas for his commute and he knocked it back! Didn't want it even at zero pounds. It is a Magentis MK2 V6 (2.7) auto with cruise and leather and electric seats and climate control and... and ... well specced indeed. No point in looking up prices as they were so popular new it took 3 years for Kia to sell 60 of them and I bet 59 of those were sold to dealerships as demo's! So I reckon I over-paid by about 100 percent and I would struggle to get rid of it even to the local scrappy if I did want rid... which I don't, particularly. Well I do really but it seems I'm stuck with it! So what else on here is worthless? Please note, my sons commute is quite long (about 60 miles) and he is currently doing it in a Nissan which he prefers to my luxury Kia. His Nissan does 13 mpg at best! we have a Magentis as a daily for the missus, bought from Stixty(sp?) of this parish, bloody ace barge, and has sent me looking at the hyundai xg30 and similar, because of the solid feel, reliability, all the toys and surprising economy and performance for a big lump - I've been considering buying another of the same flavour just as a back up for the inevitable, so let me know if you want rid to a fan
djimbob
Forgot to give my opinion on least desirable shite - not much I wouldn't and haven't owned, but I think the Microcar family are more or less unuseable, and very, very shit! The austin Mini is very similar in that I would hate to have to drive one any distance nowadays, and in truth, never did like them much when I was a lot skinnier and they were more plentiful - I am in a mIni restoration club, which does not help (other chod is allowed in the club) - I get to drive a few of them regularly to MOT's and so on, and they merely serve to remind me how all modernz are much better in every respect, apart from pulling crazy chicks, probably
