Amishtat
You've just reminded me I saw JAG420G on a Mitsubishi (I think) the other day on the A9. In the shed here we have a G registered 420G which would suit that plate much better.. JeeExEll, rob88h and Three Speed

Tadhg Tiogar
RE 5 is a plate that would go well on a certain Suzuki rotary-engined motorbike. Unfortunately the plate is on a Volkswagen van, seen in West Acton

Jerzy Woking
An email I received earlier today reminded me that I used to see NO 5 on a very early Ford Transit, in the same Chanel livery. Something odd here, as DVLA shows it to be on a 1965 Commer J4 van. Vehicle Smart shows an MOT history going back to August 2006. Have I missed something? willswitchengage and bunglebus 1

MOT history does not change with the number plate the vehicle is wearing (in fact a vehicle does not even have to have a number plate, if you MOT an imported vehicle and then register it in the UK the History gets transferred to the new registration record) so the Commer J4 could of had the number plate transferred to it 3 days ago but it would still show all the MOT history its had in the past on whatever its old/original plate is Jerzy Woking

Got to the White Hart roundabout, pulled alongside and had a quick peek. The answer, in my book at least, was "Not you." Stereotypical vacuous Ronseal Essex tramp. Was sure I'd taken a picture (of the car and plate) but must have deleted it. myglaren
Saw a (RR I think) JJIITTA - all crammed together. Driving so no photo. Must get a dashcam - to help me reverse if for no better reason. Yesterday, V333 JJJ and PH1 LLN. The WISNA one posted a few months ago is my mechanic's - it is his surname. Saw his wife driving it when I took the Civic for it's MOT.
