I mentioned this before but here's photographic proof. What a waste of the ultimate Volkswagen plate that dubbers would sell all their pineapples to possess. At least the van is a Volkswagen.

VW 1

Also saw a van with N4 EUV spaced as NAE UV. A Scotsman who doesn't like ultraviolet lights presumably.

Ironically on a vehicle that says BMW on the side.

Used to be a Ford Escort trundling round in Stirling when I lived up there - must have been pretty new at the time, late 90's wearing the plate P911 GRR. Thought the guy must be saving up until a P plate Porsche got cheap enough for him.

..Looks like he never made it, DVLA MOT history still shows that plate as an Escort, last MOT 10 years ago. Maybe it's still in a shed somewhere while the owner continues to save!!

I wonder if he was hoping one of those plate dealers would offer him a decent price for it.

Recently saw a photo on another site of a Porsche with the plate Y1 PET.

I remember someone commenting that the driver couldn't park between the lines properly. Obviously someone that has never had a two door car with long doors. Only way to park it in a bay without the door being banged into the one next to it, so top Mark's to him or her. Shame the passenger door will probably get battered....
