They used to randomly ask to inspect the vehicle the plate was coming off of but you might get away with it. She just drove past my house to turn around, a cul-de-sac with a 'Y' junction everyone turns around in. Noticed her number plate for the first time. WO08 OWL. She keeps various birds including a big owl and an eagle that she takes for 'walks' in the field up the end of the street.
