My Second car was a Seat Córdoba (Polo Saloon) and I always wanted to 'upgrade' to this shape Toledo. Funnily enough I upgraded to a Honda Accord then promptly wrote the Córdoba off a week after selling itto my dad. He snaffled the Accord and I ended up with an Endura engined MK4 Fiesta.

Well bought.

These are great, I had one as a rental once and was well impressed. Flippin' mahoosive boot, too.

I take that as high praise from a man with a Rancho! thanks:)

Well I can assure you that it handles better than a Vectra C on Nexxens;)

the Cordoba was an oddity- a booted Ibiza that never sold well here-mind you neither did mk 1 Toledos

Truly awful in the brilliant way.

I remember when Autocar did a group test of the Mk1 Mondeo when it first came out, one of these was included and it outcornered everything else round the handling course, even the 405.

I see one of these occasionally around Norwich, but it's a later, posher one - can't remember the last time I saw a black bumper model.

You bringing it next week?

Depends how it gets on at MOT tomorrow.. May ask for shite sorting assistances:)

Friggin'ell. Have you been watching 3,2,1?

I thought it was simple, sorry!

Nice! I remember having the horn for MrBo11oxs blue one when he was selling it, it looks like a Lada or something.

It looks like WIN boyo, WIN!

It does have overtones of a Lada 110 in that it looks just like one from memory and not at all like one in reality.  Well found and bought, I (like many, I suspect) thought these were likely extinct in the UK.

There's a funny story there..
