Scrapyard choddage

Did a rather pleasant day scouring for some bit's today and thought I'd show you some scabby lovelies, was after some parts off a scirocco but no cigar.

I can get bit's if needed but the guy is not known for being particularly cheap

+1 for JT Wades, Warrington. Visible from M62, come off at winwick and head round the back of B&Q. Was in there recently for an accelerator pedal for my 90 and spent a good hour in there poking round, an eclectic mix of stuff in there. Part was a tenner which I thought was reasonable compared to ebay, and the previous occupant of the Audi had left the window open so the part had even been pre washed!

Also many a happy afternoon spent at G&E Salvage (Mally's) in Haydock, another conventional "pack your waders" type scrapyard!

The Talbot Horizon was in Mally's as I popped round there after Wades, both decent yards but Mally is easier to deal with

agree, the first audi I bought had a dopelganger in Mallys years ago - It arrived when I was in with a friend looking for a peugeot 309 phase 2 glove box. I left with 2 headlights 2 bumpers, a set of rear lamps and a grille strip all for £40! my mate was well impressed*
