Amishtat
That's a Majestic Major, the horn grilles have the V cast into them. Probably rotten as shit underneath, what a shame. There used to be one sitting outside a cottage in the wilds of Suffolk for about thirty years, I must go back and see whether it's still there. The car in front of it is a Rover 75 estate. Interestingly R421 FPN does not come up on the DVLA records (I'm sure it is an R reg, both from memory and looking at the picture). There's also a fair amount of XJs littered around the property (there's more cars in the back garden according to the land owner behind the house). I think this is a Daimler Majestic DF316? There's another Daimler looking car behind it as well, which you can't really see on the photo. No idea what's under the tarp. The Majestic Major was quite a motor. I recall reading that before Jaguar bought Daimler William Lyons was worried about that car as it would eat a Mk9 Jag for breakfast.

jakebullet
I haven't got round to papping it, but idiot sister's lovely* neighbours have dumped a corsa outside sister's house. Not insured, is taxed / 1 month MOT left. I'm assuming insurance has been transferred to new(er) motor parked outside their house. Going on oil pool it's shat something terminal. Not sure how we get it shifted, council website on abandoned vehicles isn't interested if there's mot left.

Parking was a bastard to say the least and here was a merc opposite that hadn't moved for about 2 months. I went online and discovered it wasn't insured iirc. There is a dvla page where you can give them the complaint and postcode of where the vehicle is. 2 days later he was emptying it in a massive huff and another bloke took it away. Possibly coincedence but I doubt it.

First two rows a valid e-mail address, third row - VIN number. You'll get an email in Romanian telling you if all papers are legit. If one of the rows reads Carte de Identitate a Vehiculului ACTIVĂ then the Romanian registration is legit. Here you can see an example of the information available.
