CortinaDave
What the hell is this? Not so much auto shite.. but this has appeared near me sat in a main line depot for some reason.. ah well it can only be more reliable than the usual crappy trains we are subjected to around here Finally.. went to recommission the 2.0 S to go back on the road for summer... only to find the boot like a swimming pool. Joy.
Richard
You found the Muchty stash then Quite impressive, I think you'll agree. There's usually a red M(suffix, not prefix) Range Rover attached to that trailer, I'd assumed it was a non runner but apparently not. You might have noticed a recovery lorry with a dead Transit on the back parked in Station Road. That's his too, and I expect the Renault 21 with flat tyres is another of his. My 9 year old son informs me that the steam engine is an LNER Class K4. I expect it was assisting the on some part of its trip up North a couple of weeks ago. Split_Pin
Like these spots, esp. as a lot of them have nice local reg's. the 1100 is my favourite I wouldnt like to be greeted with that pool of water when opening my car boot

reallyloud
That Mk3 escort is grisly. Seems to be a recent and somewhat bizarre trend in putting outlandishly large and cheap wheels on old cars. Popular in Australiasia I believe. The banger racer is a C31 Datsun Laurel - should do him proud on the curcuit.
Richard
I think that Escort is on the road into Cowdenbeath and I'm sure it didn't look like that when I saw it about a month ago. At least it all comes off I suppose.

pogweasel
I don't find that escort so totally offensive - they are Ford optional fit for Mk1 Mondeos and are 16in diameter which is not totally outlandish. It's probably nt far from what I would do."Cosworth" is braying too hard to have the real deal underneath. I'm voting 1600 clattery Pinto too. Karmann Ghiaman
Is that a brick to stop it rolling away, or has the Rat Rod trodden in a massive turd? Is the brick/dogshit included in the price, or does that cost extra?

Barry Cade
Update time I think... Most of these taken on the move so the pics are in most cases as shite as the cars... I saw this one today in Auchtermuchty. I think I know the owner again.I know him too, loves Saabs and French shite, and fiats. I worked on that 95 a few years back and repainted it in that loverly broon. Just down the road from it you will see a MGB roadster, mounted on a Range Rover chassis- very professional job it is too! The best mod you can do on an MGB involves a box of Swan Vestas but sticking it on a Range Rover chassis is a close second. I'll have to have a look for it. If you're local I take it you've seen the Range Rover stash at Back Dykes? It belongs to the same guy who has the breakdown truck with dead Transit in Station Road.
