Even the 500s weren't exactly rapid, although they do sound nice, so I don't think the sight of a V35 is going to cause much fear among the rice pudding skins of the world.I had a V50 new back in 1983 and it was at least as quick as a Honda VT500 but it handled superbly and then about 5 years ago I had a V35 expecting a slice of grey porridge and it was a lovely little thing I wish I'd kept, certainly better than my current daily Kawasaki Z400J!
