I have rather a lot of metal in my arm, some will be coming out, some not. I think #i will have to get rid of the bike and buy a nice auto shitter instead.Unbelievably it was a low speed spill. Woman in front anchored o n as lights turned amber, so did i ad i locked up both front and back and got thrown off the bike.
