Why do most of the pictures on autoshite show up like this?

Or is it just on my PC?

I sometimes get that issue with images when using the Firefox browser - usually displays ok on Chrome, though.

I think there's a few browser incompatiblities with the site; that might be another of 'em.

I think this is due to FireFox and/or ad blockers. A lot of pictures posted on Facebook will doubtless be loaded with the usual facebook trackers and malware and FF is likely shutting that down (but does give me a guess at what the picture contains?) likewise I'd assume eBay ones are loaded with invasive behaviour so get treated the same.

I wonder what it clouted at high speed, sideways? I bet the drivers seat base could do with replacing!

The central reservation whilst using a mobile tele-communication device is my best guess.

This.  Firefox is getting particularly good at blocking trackers from all over the place, which means that quite a lot of images don't load.  I also don't get tweets when people link to them, as again there is tracking information in them that is being blocked.

A good thing IMO.

Highlights just how many things have trackers in nowadays.

In the unlikely case of a tweet being worth repeating, a screenshot fucks with their fuckery. Suck it, Jack Dorsey.

Y'know how Phil the Greek designed the bespoke LR thats going to carry his coffin this weekend? Yeah? Well this is the result when the Invisible Man was invited to design his own custom bodywork and wheels in the well documented visit to Gaydon in 1998. Easily worth the asking price with provenance like that m8

"Is valewbal Hovercar M9".  That looks like it got put in the crusher, and was just about to be turned into a Zanussi, then someone changed their mind at the last minute and it was dragged out, half crushed, neither dead or alive.

A similar expereince could be gained from being in a Wetherspoons on a Friday evening (global pandemics notwithstanding).

Fucking clown shoes:

Mk1 GP SWB beach buggy project. Correctly registered on an oval beetle floor pan and with lots of nice/rare parts. It’s a mk1 GP swb, tub is in pretty good condition with only one previous repair above engine. Shortened 1955 chassis with correct paperwork- v5 just says ‘vw convertible’ and was correctly reregistered in the 70s when it was built. It does not need IVA. 6x banded steels- a pair each of 13/14/15” Original Screen in good condition. Complete Steering column with springalex steering wheel, original GP dash with gauges and switches. Usable fuel Fuel tank, all lights, Roll hoop. Chassis needs pans fitting, and new framehead welding on. it has all the hard to find parts- rear torsions and spring plates, set of brakes, correct early pedal assembly, new framehead ( not welded on but I can do that before it goes.) Basically it has no gearbox or beam. There is also the Bottom end of a 1500 motor that will build up ok after a clean. I’m after £3500 for everything I have.

That tax disc listing is totally batshit, your options are its a real person who thinks his waste paper is worth 3 grand, or it's someone doing some sort of trolling art installtion that they are dedicated enough to pay for an ebay listing for.

Bizarre.

I mean, fuck me. It’s a 1998 Honda CRV. Probably been crushed by the doovlaa because no Tax or MOT. Ran out in 2019 and no info on tax is a weird one. 2018s mot advisories are for lots of corrosion then the 19 mot must have been a dodgy one for “one last trip”. Probably needs 3k to sort bail.
