The arches are rusting on the back on both sides. Rust is coming through near the front where the sideskirts sit. Wheels are pink could do with refub and painting again. Handbrake isn't very good so they will need sorting out I've got the handbrake cables but need the trubbing for them. 3 out of 4 door locks been replaced. I do have the 4th one just incase it plays up. MOT expires on the 28th march 2022.

2000 ono no stupid offers please.

Obviously the 6r4 thing is laughably tenuous

See the source image

But I quite like the concept. I'd definitely keep it looking as standard as possible though.

I can't believe I have just seen this

How the mighty have fallen.  The 'Batmobile', which now looks like this

used to look  like this

There are no photos of the interior of the car in its previous guise, however I suspect not much has changed.  In fact the open door photo of the 'Batmobile' suggests that the teal and white paint is still there underneath whatever that black mess is

Image 6 - Classic Cars

The first incarnation may not to be everyone's taste, but it looked reasonably well done and showed all the hallmarks of being looked after.  Batman of the suburbs doesn't seem to have been so kind to the thing.  Sad story of most custom cars, I suppose, although why one would choose a peculiar Japanese import without spares backup as a base vehicle is beyond me.

I remember someone re-bodied a Citroen CX that ended up looking like the George Barris Batmobile.

I've also seen it in a book of custom cars, along with some of Andy's other creations.

I bet the performance on road is much improved, the tyres don't rub at all and that the clutch will last ages.

Engine/box etc I guess.  Think I'd still rather have one that hasn't potentially been run upside down

Good point, I wonder if the est retail value is what the vehicle may fetch or what a good one would fetch, I'm hoping the latter because who would spend £3000 on that? The engine and box surely isn't worth that.
