I'd say there's bits of that in the Favorit coupe which made it as far as at least one working prototype but never full production. As usual the drawings look a lot lower and sleeker than the final car. There are some other drawings knocking about somewhere for the normal hatchback where it looks much more like a BX than the finished article. I expect Škoda said to Bertone, yeah we like that but how can we make it cheaper. Then Bertone thought, well we've drawn it now let's flog it to Citroën (and try our luck with Volvo and Mazda). And I know you're thinking the Citroën predates the Škoda but it took a long time to convince the government (which I assume had to clear it with Moscow) to give them permission to build it. The first full size mock up of the final design was built by Bertone in 1983 so the drawings would have predated that.
