High tax for a cheap car as older tax rules, plus 8v so not particularly high in the power deparment. Will be more torquey than a equivalent 16v though, so probably not bad to drive. Also decent length MOT left on it too - not far off 6 months. Everyone likely who would want a small car probably wouldn't pick up this one.
