Daffodil:

Much of the filming for this episode of "The Baron" was carried out around where I live, near Elstree.  A few years ago I revisited many of the places and made a small YouTube film of my escapades, using my (then) brown Daf 33 in place of Cordelia's Daffodil.

(Anorak mode ON) The Daffodil featured in the series was supplied by Daf U.K. to the T.V. company, and was a Daffodil L.E. (luxe extra) which had a wood veneer dashboard and extra fog and spot lamps. This batch of cars bore registrations GLX 280-289 C (Anorak mode OFF) and I need to get out a lot more.....

Another Wehrmacht surplus half track. Looks like an Sdkfz-7. Often to be found hauling 88mm FLAK guns, 15cm howitzers and the like. More please!

I was waiting for someone to notice. And it is not often that I find pictures of these in use after the war, but when I do, I will share them.

The fastback looks much better.

Can’t agree with you there. The type 3 cars are too tall and thin for fastback styling.  I always felt that my 1600TL looked wrong as if the aspect ratio was off.

The old notchback was a much rarer car here in UK, but always seemed cooler, tougher.

In weak moments, I would like another type3. A t34 to be precise.
