Looks like a Javelin to me, the badge at the top of wing looks like it says Javelin although looking at pictures of them it looks like the name badge was an option as none of the pictures have one.

Also DKW's, IFA's and Auto Unions names where usually just letters and numbers rather than words.

Or Minx convertibles...there is no car  parking there at all now. Bikers used to park on the corner but they stopped that as well...all part of the blandification of the West End.
