I really don't understand why people don't appreciate them more. What's the situation with protecting buildings in Ireland? Do you have graded listings as well? It's the oldest street in Cork, and dates back 800 years to the time when Cork was a very large wooden stockade surrounded by water, with one street running from North to South.
