Starting at £10.00 this could go for peanuts....

1970s? What tosh! It even says CD Compatible.

I would guess about 1995 and utterly worthless shit.

Wasn't longmill the replacement name for the group of chinky chancers who sold |||pine speakers ? Had some of their shit in my shed circa 1997.

'bl era were the dash in the princeses matche the radio grab a pice of british history'

The seller is obviously something of an expert on car audio.

EDIT: I've just realised my sarcasm was entirely misplaced. It must be British, Longmill is where they make Rovers, innit?

 CIRCA 1978

It is stamped inside the cistern 1978 - so 36 years old approx.

... and they even provide a close up photo of the date stamp, reading JAN 1987

That's from the 70s. These guys used to make headrests and all sorts. They were the ones that did leopard and tiger print seat covers. "Gaiety to modern motoring!",  was their motto.

Here's a pdf catalogue from 1970 : http://mk1-performance-conversions.co.uk/pdf/karobes.pdf

I have a 240v version of that for my workshop alarm . A master blaster it's called . It's either 127 or 136db . Either way you can't think straight when it's on

Just looked at one of Youtube and it's really made me doubt the abilities of those alleged 150 db car horns on ebay.
