It is indeed, they roped something in to level out their emissions statistics as they only make GTs etc usually. Something like that anyway, don't quote me etc. The only place I've ever seen one was parked on the waterfront of Lake Geneva - it was in a disgusting yellow colour, like the one you got on early E46 M3s.
