My own car has a local reg too, OU being Hampshire rather than specifically Southampton but I like to think the two of them may have met before. It's also a novelty just to see two four door saloons together these days, who'd have ever thought that would be a thing. I found this hiding down a narrow side street, a bit faded and shabby up close but soldiering on gamely doing about 200 miles a year according to its MOT history. I'm not looking to buy, I think I'd really struggle to buy something freshly painted like this. I paid a recommended 'arches' type garage to do the sills etc on my Talbot camper but it came back full of wob. But yes, the Maestro did look OK on the face of it, the lines still look 'sharp'.
