Dash cams are rather handy for hands free spotting and not just an excuse to turn another road users minor mistake into a road rage incident!

Here's a Lagonda 2-Litre Tourer that looks quite like ^

Wow. Wow. Wow. Etc... That looks like my old 18/85S. Except I had SD1 alloys on mine. I know it's not mine because the floors dissolved but it was without doubt the best car I ever had. The S had an MGB spec engine (so should really have been called an 18/97). Had 4 pot brake calipers too. Mine was an auto which sounds counterproductive in an S but it worked beautifully. The kickdown from 3rd to 2nd at about 30 dropped it right into the peak power band and it would take off like the Starship Enterprise going in to warp speed. You know how in Star Trek Next Generation as it went into warp drive and the front of the ship shot off into the distance and  the back end took a few seconds to catch up? That's exactly how it felt as it kicked down and then changed up again. Would explain why the floors disappeared. So that performance combined with having a dash mounted gear selector and and umbrella handle handbrake left the floor clear so you could have the armrest down. Perfect combination of boy racer and gentlemans club. I surprised so many cars with that thing.

This was mine. Even the door bottoms look the same.

So I just found this place on streetview. Don't know how up to date it is but the Wolseley and the LT recovery truck haven't moved.

But The Dolly has been replaced with a P6. The Wolseley isn't an auto so I can relax. If it was I might have to track it down. But also note a Renault 5 up the road.

But on the other side of the road...

Does anybody know this place?
