Outside Baku around half of all cars were older Ladas or Lada derivatives, followed by Mercedes W210 E-Classes and older Volgas. I rather like the newer Volgas. They do quite a few car festivals and rallies with various bits of tat and shite dotted around the grounds, there are a couple of routemasters, tanks, ither miscellaneous forces vehicles and even a small MG Midget-like thing on top of the porch roof! Would eat again there (and have done quite a few times now!) top nosh at reasonable prices at a poshish location with interspersed shite ftw. They also do the Swedish Fest, an American fest and Dubfest amongst other car events, hope to take the Hearse to Swedishfest this May. This shite was parked up behind the imitation tythe barn, a diesel Sierra! Didn't know they did them, Lexus LS and an ovlov 240, lots of shite-points there. The local Rolls and Bentley club had a meal/event on, with all their sparkling vehicles aranged on the lawn and aoroudnt he lake, missed photoing opportunity on the way in and they were gone on the way out, shame as there was a bloody gorgoues black Turbo-R, BRG Mulsanne and Ivory Silver Spirit fromt the late 80's and 90's there, amongst newer and far less interesting marques, dribble did come out *sighs because unlikely to be able to afford/run one for a long time if ever* egg, adw1977, danthecapriman and 4 others 7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Looked just the same then, I remember being fascinated by the level of rot on those rear quarters. Garage was still in one piece then and the Viva wasn't visible then.
