DaveAspley
As already said, hundreds of possibilities! top billing would be given to a '70 Dodge Challenger, in Vanishing Point spec and the Roller from Cannonball Run complete with the loud v8 soundtrack, 6ft cb antenna, Hella spots. in fact I could do this all night. Mk1 tranny for work, a mint 1600 mk5 cortina for shopping, a hot rod, a Fiat Strada Abarth, one of those ex-Fiat 132's still being built in Ethiopia or somewhere..... oooh there is soo many! ashmicro
I would buy about 10 of these, and keep them in my house. and I would break my "no green cars rule" for one of these: oh, and a minty one of these
mk1_4dr
If I was to win the Lotto tomorrow, I'd be getting on a train and going and buying this... Buick I'd take a friend with me, and collect this on the way home I'd use them as run arounds while I wait for these to be delivered from the states. Polara Wagon Chrysler Newport And I'd probably invest in an E34 540i Touring for turnkey hasslefree dailying, preferably a manual, but I could rock an auto. mk1_4dr
Can i be friend? Of course you can. I'd be down in Kent to collect the Buick, so I'd be in the vague vacinity. That Polara wagon is quite possibly the sexiest tat hauler I've ever seen. Isn't it though! I know they are classed as the ugly years, but I think that thing is exquisite. But then Iam odd. ashmicro
Interesting that Rolls appeared. My mate was left quite a lot of money (and a car dealership) when his father suddenly died in 1994. His Mum had run off years before, so my mate copped for the lot. He bought a HORRIBLE Rolls Shad, painted with rattlecans in dark metallic red. It was bloody ancient too, didn't even have the 6750 engine (I think it was a 6.2). We went to the North West 200 and 4 of us slept in the car. It was murderous on fuel, shockingly unreliable and looked like shit. I loved it! He scrapped it when he got pulled over by the police for a construction and use check. He then had a collection of old shit, 2 and three at a time: RWD Kadetts, Escorts (mark 1 and 2) Capris, Cortinas, Chevettes and a Marlboro liveried Sunbeam ti which was epic. Back in those days, these were just shit old cars that most people scoffed at.

aldo135
I'm sure we all spend too much time thinking about this! I've told the Mrs if we win the lottery the first thing i am going to do is buy my ebay watch list! Think my first purchase would need to be a recovery truck! I put my top 10 "dream barn" on petrolblog, http://petrolblog.com/2012/01/05/alans-real-world-dream-barn/ Interesting to see all the different cars we choose, so much better than the usual banal shite that non-car fans pick Tatra 603 by andrijbulba, on Flickr
