Guest
As everybody knows I'm a little partial to an FSO. I already own one of these FSO Polonez Caro Pickup Truck 1995 19.D Peugeot Citroen UK by benno79, on Flickr and one of these FSO Polonez Caro GLD 1995 UK by benno79, on Flickr but I was hankering after some 125p action so I decided to lob a cheeky bid on this at the last minute probably against my better judgement and I won FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr FSO 125p Pickup by benno79, on Flickr Should hopefully be able to get it picked up next week, looking forward to getting my hands on it

skoda_fan
Just like to add my congrats for saving it! Was watching that and desperately hoping it would be saved. One as early as that must be very rare? Also like your Caro's. I had a hatch identical to yours a few years ago and loved it but stupidly ebayed it for £100 when I was having a clearout and have regretted it since. Anyone know what happened to N180JVT? It no longer seems to come up on the DVLA website. I fear the worst

Guest
Hi Chaps, Thanks for all the comments, just looking forward to getting it home now. I managed to secure an old workshop/garage/shed (delete as applicable) near to my house to store a few cars in so at least it will be kept dry. It's accessed off a shared drive and I had the lady who lives at the top of the drive giving me ear ache yesterday, apparently I need her permission to use the drive but I'm told by the owners that I have right of access, I look forward to seeing her face and I do hope she is around when this beauty gets delivered. Just like to add my congrats for saving it! Was watching that and desperately hoping it would be saved. One as early as that must be very rare? Also like your Caro's. It no longer seems to come up on the DVLA website. I fear the worst I know of a y reg estate and I'm sure there must be others out there but being a 1979 v it is a polski fiat which makes it even rarer. There is a Caro for sale in classic car weekly for £450. It has tax until the end of April and has a few months mot. Also comes witha van load of spares, No it's not mine before anyone asks It has a few rough patches but is basically sound. Here are some photos if anyone is interested. Guest
Had my polski fiat delivered today, tyres were so flat I couldn't get it in the garage and I couldn't put air into the tyres as the wheels are so rotten. It is currently stored on the neighbours farm as I couldn't push it into my garage. I know someone that has four wheels so hopefully I can get those fairly quickly so I can get it in from the rain. I have some more photos that I thought one or two of you may like to see.
