If too posh, Defender Station Wagons were available with contrasting upper panels( usually Sandstone?)

Most ARG products of the 90's were available with a Hurricane Grey bottom half .

But, to me the last proper two-to e cars were special edition Fords of the 70/80's.

Sandpipers, Calypsos, Consorts, Carousels, Sapphires, Chausseurs etc etc.

No Farina Cambridges in the photo, a poor show. Unusual plate on the Rootes-mobile, and is that a pre-DW Invacar?

Yes I think it's a AC Model 57 Invacar. There is a strong resemblance between it and the AC Petit, but note the extra windows on the Petit.

Nice card. Wonder where that was? If the building is still there I suspect it'll be a shabby, run-down shadow of its former self.

It's opposite the Crazy Golf course on the seafront and now known as the Pink Palace...

The plate on the Gazelle is a short lived 1959 Manchester issue, no trace of it on the DVLA database.
