Having had a mk5 scrote 1.8tdi in the past as a daily runner as well i am sort of a fan of the uber slow engine ... well done and looking forward to seeing how this come together. beko1987
If you properly detailed that, I'm talking clay, machine polish, glaze wax etc that would look like it rolled out the showroom. You could go the whole hog and http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=277901...

mk2_craig
A belated "well done" for bringing this back from the dead. Nice registration mark too but I guess that has no transferrable value in Eire?

scruff
Holy crapola!! http://retrorides.proboards.com/thread/163409/sierra-vans-500-ireland If only Ireland wasn't such an expensive bastard to get to and from I would be very tempted. What a ace runabout van!!
twosmoke300
I saw a bini cuntyman made into a van last week.I assume it was vinyls over the windows but it looked a lot better than a car. It was from a garage up country and had been signwritten very well.Dont think it was available from Mini like that but almost looked "factory"
Mr Lobster
You can get factory built Bini vans though given they are the thick end of £20k and are still relatively tiny why you would want to is lost on me.
chaseracer
The factory vans are vinyled-up Clubmans (Clubmen...?)

JeeExEll
Anyone have updated info on the Sierra vans? No DVLA info obv as they were on Republic of Ireland plates in 2014. Dick Longbridge and Microwave
Dick Longbridge
Wow, I'd clean forgotten about these. I've got a feeling I originally saw them on a thread on the blue. Great to see they were saved and not rotten to the point of no return. I wonder what the next stage of the story was?
