As @bunglebus said! The two green ones both have different wheel types, hence why I kept both! The red one with beige roof is the Lincoln Continental. Weird thing is, in my head mine had wheels like this, but was definitely a Mercury Commuter with the dags looking out of the tailgate. However, they don't actually seem to exist... I’m not sure the commuter wagon had that wheel. My two have the old Lesney style wheel with silver centre & black tyre similar to a mini Corgi or Dinky wheel. The other has the thinner super fast (I think) wheel. Dick Longbridge

Regular wheels, auto-steer. Superfast narrow, Superfast wide with enlarged arches The last one is hard to find in green, more often red (fire) or white (police) Note also disappearance of the fuel door in the rear quarter MiniMinorMk3, danthecapriman, Dick Longbridge and 2 others 4

flat4alfa
Yes, enlarged arching. Ask THE DAGS in the red one how they know Does anyone have a rough Commuter with intact DAGS that can donate to the Villager? It’s lonely in there Also, are many in the photos of peril fitted with the middle set of wheels? They are welcome here Dick Longbridge

danthecapriman
Must admit, I’d prefer them without the dogs in. Far too nice a car to allow pets or children into!

Justwatching
1980 Chevrolet Caprice in 1:64 by Greenlight. I think the idea is to apply your own emergency service livery. I bought it just for the base model / fleet vehicle look. I like the new packaging, too - less material, less weight, takes up less space, and much easier to open. danthecapriman
Here’s a few better pics of yesterday’s haul of keepers from the Wayne bus haul! Here’s Wayne again. Handsome devil!! Why don’t buses look this cool anymore!? Couple of cars, Superior ambulance that’s still got its figures, and the Vauxhall estate (with its tailgate still attached!) And this beast! danthecapriman
Got this one out of a big box job lot. It’s the big Corgi Metro. It’s in really nice shape too considering the box it came out of. That Kenworth is an obscure Corgi, 1/76 scale, produced for the 2002 James Bond series and never seen again. Not a great looker as it comes but can be made pretty cool, as I did with mine - repaint in Ford Purple Velvet (my favourite colour), new wheels and plenty of chrome. eddyramrod, Split_Pin, Datsuncog and 6 others
