Tailgate for this Transit added to my list of stuff I need from Steve Flowers, this is as close as I've found to the red late MK1 I remember having as a kid but disappeared mysteriously I known it's overpainted etc but it still feels like a goodun, the side door fits absolutely perfectly. There were also some boxed Matchbox, quite surprised that the Chevy van was up for grabs - and I'd love to know how an Australian issue ended up in NI! Funny enough one of the few other boxed MB I have from this era is that green IROC Camaro, obtained from @andrew e! It must be fate... My Norn Iron tat delivery came in yesterday's post and included this intriguing item. Not the caravan, that's already in the cabinet and paired with a suitable towing vehicle but the snuff. I found the name rather odd until my partner (correctly) pointed out that toast could be viewed as a noun or a verb, we haven't figured out which yet. I also haven't tried it yet but certainly will. Shite Ron
I had a parcel arrive today: Very exciting and it is not my birthday Thank you very much Mr. @Datsuncog all very well wrapped, it was like Christmas They are all very nice models I was particularly excited about the Triumph 2000, Princess and Wolseley. Also I had wanted a P6 for some time and now have two in great colours, Avocado is probably the best colour they came in. The P4 is a surprisingly nice model too and far nicer than I expected, as is the Mini Cooper. I also didn’t expect the Calibra to be as nice as it is. I am very happy with all of them. Datsuncog
Hey, glad they all showed up safely, and will be an asset to your burgeoning collection! Certainly nice to know they've gone to a good home; most of those I've had from new in the mid/late 90s and early 2000s. Enjoy! Justwatching
Tried an Austin 7 in 1:76 scale by Oxford Diecast . A departure from my usual fare of yank tanks on account of my rekindled interest in model trains. This thing is tiny! I had to check the scale on the box thinking it must be N gauge not OO. Lovely detail though, especially for something so small. Datsuncog, Vantman, Remspoor and 1 other
Remspoor
Dinky Austin A30. Repainted, by a much younger me, in a colour normally associated with the car. A DIY mix based off of Raintown, When the World Knows Your Name, Fellow Hoodlums, and Whatever You Say, Say Nothing. I made a few mistakes writing out the inlay card, as you'll see. The Spotify playlist is here. I had actually recorded it yesterday for playing in the car. RoadworkUK

Once I've got it to there I'll cue up the first half and then the second half. It's all quite good. Plus, the stereo I have in the car is less of a thief magnet (Sony, yet to wire in 10 disc changer too).
155V6
A couple of car boot finds this morning The Corgi Rockets Jensen has been repainted & then partially stripped. It was only a pound though. The Corgi Karrier Ice Cream Van was Miss_155's choice. It's quite battered, but it complete apart from one of the sliding windows. It would probably be quite easy to restore, but she likes things that show their age.Which includes me I guess 😂 AndyW201, Datsuncog, eddyramrod and 2 others

That should say 16months not 18! It's been a hectic couple of years! I should remember how old he is though! Did recently finally finish this 1:16 Heller Citroen DS which has been waiting for the final fiddly bits for months. Not my best build. A very tricky kit to build with opening doors. Panel gaps are large but it looks good on the shelf. andrew e, Shite Ron, RayMK and 7 others
eddyramrod
I got an unexpected parcel on Saturday - when I was out, naturally, so today I went and collected it. MrsR was asking me what it could be, and I said, joking, "it'll be one of my Autoshite friends sending me more cars" to which she said "it better not be!" UM..... Well it looks a reasonable size to be some models... Hmm, no reason to change my mind yet.... And as I suspected...! A delivery from the lovely Mr Cog of this parish! I wasn't expecting these yet, but I am, of course, delighted. Now I need to unbox the Stag and compare it to the loose Bond partwork one I have... TheOtherStu
Well how about this then? Cheap chinese tat which cost me around £8.66. It has several advantages over the rather expensive Minichamp one. It's got orange repeaters and the doorhandles are painted. But most importantly, it's right hand drive!
