Love the majorettes and the pull back 9000. Is that a Corgi copy?

It's a Kees, I have found them before in both red and blue, but couldn't resist.

On the front row: what's the red car with the white roof?  And what scale?

It's a Toyota Crown taxi - bought with you lot in mind.

Second bootsale saw me finding this

Which has grown my finds pile a bit!

Nice haul. Is that a Guisval Citroen BX I can see in there? I could probably give that a home if it's not a keeper...

It is indeed, probably hanging onto that one I'm afraid.

Kees Saab is up for grabs though, couple of glazing cracks etc

20220522_121708.thumb.jpg.a56801df5287b3af00ef3a0422e17e83.jpg

As is the Chinese made Crown taxi - paid £1.50 for this as I thought someone would want it

20220522_121601.thumb.jpg.a5dbc4d3d5a5afc47b430fba014a3f5c.jpg20220522_121543.thumb.jpg.10506d94c5da735cb0dcc3ea56f52a94.jpg20220522_121607.thumb.jpg.a3967b9b8974c7430c861d93171db28e.jpg20220522_121619.thumb.jpg.d98398b7d373f4935682a1fb26beea19.jpg20220522_121626.thumb.jpg.1f9563525038411db45de48e4f84b677.jpg

I found several big boxes of cars, annoyingly the first one saw "pound a car" quoted after I'd sorted out quite a few I wanted. Did a deal in the end and there were some definitely worth it, such as this Dinky E-Type

20220522_122514.thumb.jpg.46df261fe13a7c0e1fb7865557b73b6a.jpg20220522_122550.thumb.jpg.0dbf4507f51b6fb52eef4e85d5d1857e.jpg20220522_122451.thumb.jpg.9be4eca9ffe5205935f4a170d3ab53ea.jpg

Hadn't seen this colour of the ugly Matchbox 911 before in person

20220522_122633.thumb.jpg.74ae36d98f0249097fbcccae29971d2b.jpg

Most expensive single car was this that cost me £5 but was too nice to leave behind

20220522_121900.thumb.jpg.cf668874d0c084179a0852c5133ea720.jpg20220522_121909.thumb.jpg.85f83f0e8e5110203bfe2614500a4494.jpg20220522_121928.thumb.jpg.104fbf3f67d9bd883c795277311cb1aa.jpg20220522_122006.thumb.jpg.c8efd8032e8a375f6f01198af703e2a9.jpg

That huge pile of cars at the later boot sale netted me quite a few, some if which I'll punt on, this somehow has defied all the odds and has uncracked glazing! It'll donate that to my custom one, I'm just amazed. They're ALWAYS broken, so to find one in that jumbled heap...

Onto VW stuff. This is my find of the week, some of you may remember me netting a Tomy AFX set from this boot sale last year, minus the MK2 Golf. That box of pound a car vehicles included this so I walked away grinning

I've also been trying to track down one of these Majorette buggies, one of a number of Majos I scored from a seller today

I'd seen it yesterday, but left it because of the missing front bumper. However,Steve Flowers sells reproductions,so that'll be another part to add to the list when I get round to placing an order.

Chrome Darda buggy! Want!

Last lot, I bought shedloads of Matchbox as they were cheap, only a few are new to me or unusual

The white Fandango is pleasing as I only had a tatty one. Fire Chief I had but has gone AWOL.

Forgot to include this plastic MK1 Golf cab with the VW stuff, looks like the Early Learning Centre (we think) MK3 Escort I found a while ago, but is marked Viking Plast Sweden

Lastly this Corgi F1 has little marking on the base - part of a set of sold under another name?

First boot sale visit of the year here too this morning as we actually managed a whole 40 seconds or so when it wasn't fucking raining. Utter, utter shit. One of these Sundays I should get my arse in gear and take a look at Ayr market, it's not very far and it couldn't be any more of a waste of time and petrol than Dumfries. This was the only thing to come home with me today,it just seemed a little too nice to leave it clattering around in the 50p tub.

The Land Rover Hi-Cap is one from the Early Learning Centre, I had one as a kid. Quite scarce actually.

That pile of diecast is a dream come true. If I found that I'd throw myself into it and make snow angel movements.

That's a Foden S80. I had the tipper but stupidly sold it. Great model.

I went back for a second rummage, couldn't resist. He bought them as a job lot to sell on, who knows where from or how much he paid. There were plenty more I should have just scooped up at 33.3p each
