bunglebus
Finally for tonight, there's this. I completed it yesterday and was hoping for some sun to show it in but that's not happening. Sand Cat with some funky paint, a bit of detail and wheels from..? I did take some pictures in nicer weather while I was painting it. First, Azure blue Then some sparkles Then some purple pearl Even on the base You might be able to make out I made some spacers from biro refills to get the wheels where I wanted It was a bit of a fiddle as the glass was broken at the top of the screen, so some careful gluing with Krystal Klear was required eddyramrod, andrew e, Isopon and 6 others

bunglebus
Yes - same as the Organ Grinder except slightly bigger front tyres. That dragster gave one of its engines to the Wild Honey I customised and I still have three left, so it didn't die in vain eddyramrod and andrew e
Datsuncog
Late entrant for Tat Wednesday - a parcel arrived earlier courtesy of @Amishtat: I love finding out what's available in other areas via local papers. Very well packed! Aaaaand... this was as far as I got before I was summoned away on domestic duties, annoyingly. I did get the bubble-wrap off later on, but too late for decent pics. Still, if you fancy some more 'what is it?' larks, you could try guessing what's inside! Answers in the morning... bunglebus

bunglebus
Two of them look like pickups, have you found a pair of Corgi B1600s, one in Surfsider livery and one in Block Construction, that you're kindly donating to me? Maybe one's a yellow Playart? I don't mind either way

bunglebus
One looks like a (presumably less knackered) Heavy Duty Wreck Truck. These seem to be piling up here for some reason Another is a Corgi Land Rover with either a supercharger or spare tyre poking up, and one is a fire engine...Matchbox Merryweather? eddyramrod
And I would say the other one, bottom left, will be the Dinky 1960 Chevy El Camino, or possibly the Lone Star twin. bunglebus and Datsuncog
flat4alfa
I would say the bottom left is the Dinky Land Rover as it's a size up on the Corgi Datsuncog

sierraman
The two articles have turned up today. Really impressed with the Rancho, it’s cut above the Matchbox. The Renault 11, looks like a later release possibly round about ‘85. Both will be pride of place in the loft. Next is to look for a good 1:36 AMC Pacer. bunglebus, andrew e, Split_Pin and 8 others

Dinky Land Rover 109 S3, Corgi Land Rover 109 S2, Lesney King Size AEC Merryweather ladder turntable, Lesney Scammell Wrecker in earlier white colours. I do like the Land Rovers - I had quite a few Corgis at one point, but only my knackered childhood Whizzwheels example is left. The Dinky I've never before owned, and it's a handsome, chunky big thing with jewelled lights, plus opening bonnet and doors. Detailing is pretty neat, and the rear numberplate shows it's on an H-reg - so at a guess this is a 1970 example, from the very first year of production. It may be slightly challenged from a wheel perspective, but I'm guessing this is nothing Steve Flowers can't sort. Screw base = easy resto. Big Merryweather is in lovely nick, with very little paint wear and the decals more or less intact. Ladder is in great shape too. Most of the ones I've encountered at the market have been totally brutalized, so this is a welcome addition to the King Size fleet. Lastly, another Scammell - I already have a gold transitional version with regular wheels, but I kinda wanted an earlier white version too. It could use a little TLC, but probably nothing beyond my meagre capabilities. Just like the gold one, the glazing's intact but jammed down within the shell, and just needs coaxing back into place and secured with a dab of glue. All thanks to @Amishtatfor not only finding these in the first place, but shipping them up north, retrieving them again and posting them! Much appreciated! I think this was one of the first things I bought off Ebay from a fairly local seller. I ended up going back at least half a dozen times when he listed other stuff too. Not from new though, as clearly older than me... It has some excellent shrinkage and as a result has a three-tyre deficiency. Not that it would stop its involvement in a @Datsuncog garden scenario event, so will put it in your box if you would like it The SuperKings came from a recent visit to @Spottedlaurel's secret nuclear bunker man-cave house. It has also lost its grille! There is an obvious market for these, and it seems Mr Flowers has not picked up on it ...yet Datsuncog
