Screen is clear and shows an interior complete with dash. At last, Jeremy Vine is playing some music. Back to work now, will look later I had one, radio only, bought new from Tandy, for I think £9.99. I was eyeing it for ages! flat4alfa

Cheers for the ID. Good old Radio-Shack ! Plenty of my young hours spent in there, fumbling plenty but buying nothing. The Tottenham Court Road one was like an oasis (when I was 10, that is!) Split_Pin
Crikey I've got one of those tinplate Rolls Royce radios in the loft. My granny brought me it from a 2nd hand stall in the 1980s. It was never my cup of tea, if anyone wants it for postage I'll happily post. It did work about 30 years ago. flat4alfa

And under £6 too! There is a catch. It's with a seller in Rome, Italy. So, a longshot, but is there anything listed here of interest to anyone else, so postage expense could be shared https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/armodels/m.html?_trksid=p3692 I did say longshot. flat4alfa
TUESDAY DISSECTION SECTION The (legendary) 1:22 Bburago Rolls Royce Camargue Thought I'd take one apart as an A.S. EXCLUSIVE I counted 58 Pieces !! Forget Dinky and their paltry part count, this where it's at Unfortunately I scratched the rear deck paint, getting the boot lid off, and now wonder why I bothered AndyW201, antony denman, bunglebus and 7 others 8

Tenmil Socket
Bit of a long shot I know but if anyone has one of the following RC Escort's for sale or if anyone ever spots one for sale relatively cheap (charity shops, car boots etc) please get in touch. I've been searching for one that isn't over priced for a few years now. It's just that I found that RC Corgi Golf in that retro shop recently and it got me thinking someone might come across one perhaps? bunglebus
Wilco stuff seems pretty good. Some of the Aldi/Lidl colours seem to take forever to fully cure for some reason, although not all. The yellow is the worst I've found.
