  5. Ive had this thing for years. Ive never stored any of my treasure in it..... due to lack of treasure to store. Its bloody heavy. Its built like a brick shit house with a lockable lid. It has a home made shelf inside for smaller treasure storing should the need arrive. Its dirty and needs a good wire brushing and a lick of paint but in other wise good condition. £40 collected from stoke on trent or Ruston spensor near macclesfield. (collect it from Ruston as I really dont want to lift this into the back of my landrover) Roughly 1m wide. If no takers, will throw it on evilBay. Call me on 077three8910361 as im not always on here to answer messages. I'll even make you a cup of tea, you'll need one after lifting this!
  6. ok any one fancy the award winning* Renault 18 gtd? 72000 miles, Mot till june, new timing belt, radiator and alternator belt. Roller painted green then red, new rear wheel arch welded in on pas. side but will need the same on the drivers side along with a bit of sill done. Extensive welding done in the engine bay and inner wings etc after fitting a new belt and rocker the car seems to have a decent turn of pace but changing gear cannot be done in a rush and it crunches in second but has done for the past 30000miles. The brake lights dont work, i havent looked into it yet but will in time. Fires up right away after letting glow plugs warm up, some clag on start up but nothing afterwards, drives fine, no knocks, brakes fine. Its rough im not going to lie and drives like a tank but has a certain charm and has survived a number of set backs over the years If it doesnt sell im happy to leave it sat there, it could become a FOADWERX 2.0 pool car. Located in FIFE

Key bits: - 12 months MoT with no advisories - Well maintained and serviced - New clutch fitted last year - 4 good tyres - Front crossmember solid and oiled - Both keys - Great order and not messed with It's done 67,000 miles and has been perfectly reliable. Insurance is cheap too. I'm after £400 ono

  12. This is mine, now it could be yours... OIRO £3650 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262582095175
  13. Located in Market Deeping, near Stamford. My friend is selling this lovely specimen of a car for the princely sum of £200. For your money, you'll have a car that's been cleaned inside, and had water thrown at it outside, because the paint is terrible. However, it's done sub 100K miles. It's not had a hard life, it's just not been washed all the time either. It's got MOT on it until March next year. It's got a KERWALERTEEE DENZIL MOTOR. 1.5 litres of naturally aspirated diesel fury.. Beeeutiful! Drop me a message if you want more details or to view I'll sort you out a ganders.
  14. Too many cars.not enough time. I want all my classics undercover. The later stuff can resist the elements better. Currently the Renault is outside and I want it undercover then I can relax a bit. Only one of these cars is for sale really, I just need one gone. Please take the Woleseley, that's my least favourite! Triumph Acclaim. Solid, tidy. 50,000 miles. Needs nothing much. Wiper linkage sloppy. Not been driven for 4 years, it doesn't want to idle now. No NoT but I see no reason why it wouldn't go through one. I've had it maybe 6 years or so. Was used daily for two years then stored undercover since. Wolseley 1500. All hard work done. Needs no welding. Mechanically good other than brakes. Needs plenty of finishing off (bits of trim, lights etc). Renault 16.again, all hard work done. Well mostly. The paintwork is rough but it shouldn't need any major welding. I've noticed two small bits but They are easy and cosmetic. Good mechanically. Needs radiator recore. New brakes throughout. 87,000 miles. Comes with loads of spares. Reluctant sale this so really hoping one of the other two go! I m not braving the general public, I just can't be bothered with that.

  17. Elderly lady owner friend bought new car , so ,her elderly Mazda 3 litre v6 Tribute is for sale, no mot but hasn't been presented for one .Spears or repairs really though . Needs ends of sills welding and the arch lip when you open the back doors . Maybe more , I haven't wriggled under it yet and I've only got crappy pictures at the moment . Dead cow seats, automatic , stick on the column . 78k ish. Tires ok , zorst is tired . Obviously giffer scuffs on the corners ... More (better) pics later . reg is LC03 RJZ Tunbridge Wells Kent . I think about £ 350 ish ? She said get as much as you can for it , buggered if I know what its worth !
  18. 2008 Ford Ka 1.3 'Zetec Climate' model 12 and a bit months MOT (30.01.2020) 98,000 miles (brave bastard whoever did that) Taxed to get you home M8 Usual rust around petrol filler cap, could be treated before it got worse I suppose. Some surface rust in other places, but not too bad for one of these and the tester said it was fine underneath. The brake warning light on the dash mostly stays on (advisory on previous MOT) but I think it's the handbrake sensor thing as when you jiggle it it sometimes goes off. I managed to cleverly* snap the solid pipe on the back of the driver's washer jet, so when you go to use it, it basically just cleans the engine. Now fixed *Dog not included I think it's worth maybe a couple of hundred quid more than this, but time will probably prove me wrong. £600 or £10.50 a number on a roffle? £500 or £8.50 a ticket? Chester, Cheshire.
  19. Will use this thread to upload images of my son's die cast that he wants to sell, as he wants to raise money to build up his 00 train set / layout. **EDIT. JUST TO CLARIFY, I WILL HAVE TO SEEK PERMISSION FROM DOMINIC BEFORE I RELEASE ANY - THEY ARE HIS TOYS AFTER ALL. Not mine, honest. First 'special one' is this DAF Citycar... Absolutely everything opens/ moves. 1:43 scale. Gotta be worth a fiver?
  20. Right, it's definitely going to happen. Due to poor health and too many cars I'm going to part with Bleriot the 17rd. Has a very short MOT but drives really nicely albeit it's not the most refined. Had a new clutch cable recently, and one of the front to rear pipes done. Could really do with welding on the front inner wings and a small inch square patch on a rear doorstep but went through last MOT with no advisories for this. Photos do flatter him a bit, but it is presentable. Interior is nice and clean although one seat base is getting thread bare now. No power steering and no sunroof but does have electric windows. Would like 450 for him and he's in Coventry Sent from my TA-1012 using Tapatalk
  21. I briefly mentioned on ranother thread that I would be putting this up for sale. I have owned this car for the best part of two years (25k miles) and can honestly say it has been a pleasure. Only advertised for sale as I’ve been forced to buy a 4x4 to pull our caravan and three large estate cars is a little much. I looked at five other 320’s prior to buying this one. Good colour, condition and a decent spec. Low number of owners, a good service history and has now done circa 146k. Since purchasing the car has had whatever it needed, regular servicing (yes they do hold rather a lot of oil), glow plugs and controller, front wheel bearings, matching Bridgestone tyres and bushes on the front end etc... The car is in great condition for the age mileage, returns reasonable MPGs if on a run and is still pretty quick for a large lady! I have no doubt that if looked after will easily do the same again. Not really expecting this to sell so soon after Christmas hence the quick ad and picture, but if someone is genuinely interested happy to answer any questions. Looking for somewhere iro £3350
  22. She's got about a bit, but how many here have owned? holbeck 83C HMC Bucketeer. RobT Barrett Bramz7 Angle Any more?
  23. Yeah, I really need this gone now. I made some awful error whilst calculating my financial needs for this month, and as such, this has to go. The lowdown: -3.8 V6 FWD with about 170hp. -MOT until March -Working electric seats, front bench seat (it has a middle belt!) with fold down arm rest if needed. -Deep pile carpet mats (GM branded which match the carpet colour) -Working windows -Awful plastic wood everywhere -Buick hood ornament in situ -All wheel trims present -Drives well, really quiet on motorways, 70 is more or less 3000rpm but you wouldn't be able to tell. -Fuel economy not too dire on a run -Original stereo works really rather well Not so good: -ABS light and service due light on. I am a bit pissed about the former as the previous owner didn't mention it at all, I just discovered the black tape covering it when I got home. -Rust in places. Part of the front radiator mount has disappeared through rust. It hasn't ever been mentioned on an MOT so I suspect it wouldn't really need doing, and the radiator is held on by side mounts too. -Engine fan always on -No headlining -Central locking does not work -Paintwork is really rough up close. -Some little chips in the windscreen. I think that covers all of it. It is classic insurance friendly as FJ were happy to cover it for me, Has done approx 116k. Gearbox seems weirdly fine, it doesn't make any sort of indication that its changed down or up, it just gets on with it. Heater works, but I haven't checked the AC. Has a soft close boot, which works but it's bloody noisy. I was told the belts were done, then found a belt in the boot. The belt in the engine bay looks fine, but no idea of age. Originally a Florida car, and there is an owners manual with some of the cars history in it, but it is very brief. I really, really need this gone as soon as possible. First offer around £700 takes it. Location: Basingstoke
  24. I just popped out and so did some of the water from the header tank. Went about 1/2 mile and stopped at some light and whisps of steam appeared whilst the engine cut out, let it cool and refilled header bottle, pumped rad pipes to get rid of any air, started and ran but haven't got time/space to investigate/repair. Have a couple of photos but a few more later. Has a drivers side dent/scratch. Located on a road in Godalming Surrey.
  25. If you've seen my project* thread you may have seen this fine beast. Bought by me in July to donate it's engine to a MK3 MR2. It passed an MOT and was pressed into use pending it's fate, that is now upon us. Everything available apart from the engine, box and driveshafts. Rolling shell available if you're quick Pics from when I got it, it still looks the same, just a bit dirty. Wheels are good but tyres aren't great before anyone asks.
