Yes I think they were quite popular with north wales farmers at the time. Able to fit some livestock in the back.

I’ve no idea why a doctor is better than, say a bishop? My sister and brother in laws are both doctors ( PhD and DPhil) and know nothing about cars- I get to arrange fixes or ask questions here and I only have 11 letters after my name.

It’s funny, people ( in general and car journalists) moan about Citroen Peugeot etc plastics in the 1980s and 90s ( and on) but Ford were no better and more expensive. Having said that I think it looks good with the leather snd alloys.

Presumably you have a 2cv knowledge able mot tester? I take the old cars to hengoed if you need somewhere, but it’s probably a way from you.

I was overtaken by one flat out in the 2cv many years ago - m6 to a 14? junction eastbound. The 2cv was off the clock.

Yes, the long Good Friday and Mona Lisa are two of my favourites. Plenty of car spotting.
