So I'm lucky* in that work takes me to a fair number of classic car shows. Happily amongst the rows of red MGs with wire wheels and shiny chrome there are a few proper cars which must get the blood pressure of some of the MGOC members on a fairly dangerous trajectory. Good.

Yesterday was a very long day. Left the house at 4am to be at Santa Pod for 7am. Had a fairly busy day of selling which meant I didn't get to have much of a look around. Did have a quick look though and these are what was found -

Got home at 8.30pm. Then had to empty the van

    Malaga. Rarity makes it unlikely.

DS. Getting too dear plus slight terror of it breaking

Capri 280. Good ones are properly expensive

Citroen H. I think the dream would be much better than the reality.

Anyone still interested in these old GB stickers?
I've got 2 ready to hit the printers. Its my first bash at something like this and the base photos i've managed to find are appalling quality so its taken hours to try and get each one into something even vaguely usable. The sizing is what it came out at to try and get the best oval match i.e. sticker oval to match the graphics oval.
If they work out i'm planning on doing a few more.

I have one on my R4. Old red R4 had one as well.

Tbh it didn't bother anyone, even the people at Dover harbour liked it "bloody hell, not seen a Townsend sticker in years" etc.  TT were in general a very popular company prior to the Herald and everyone who commented seemed pleased to see it.

I've got a spare one somewhere so when I get round to buying a scanner I can scan it (and a few others) if anyone wants copies.

With a slight degree of risk that a gust of wind might blow it off, this is where most of the photos were taken, with a glamorous view of the bins and the Camry spares car and parts pile.

Police version of the Siku Porsche 928 - I've noticed a lot of die casts of various makes have the driver's floor cut out as if a figure could go there, but there rarely is one, can anyone explain this?

This is quite a funky set, Europ Assistance Solidos, got it mainly for the R4 van. Boom on the recovery truck is very nice

Lovely post lady has just been.

Getting a bit of deja-vu here...

    Well hello!

So, another posh dealer model. Having got the saloon, it would be rude not to have the coupé. Same collection, so same nice packaging,

Again, a lovely model, with premium levels of quality and detail,

Loads to like at the rear, the boot hinges look like the real thing, the tiny screen washer, the rear heating elements are really fine, and look how delicate that rear wiper is. The Opel badge is a separate part, not tampo printed.

Like the Senator, the interior is superb. Wood trim, seperate seat belts again, with buckles , speaker grilles in the rear shelf panels, little chrome ashtrays in the quarter panels.

Again, nicely detailed underneath, slightly finer detailed around the front end than the Senator maybe,

And the Autobahn stormers together. Didn't realise there was that much difference in the styling between the two, other than the obvious coupé styling, the front ends are also completely different,

Funnily enough I’ve just ordered a Monza from the same series from our own @Mr Lobster’s eBay shop.
Sadly they didn’t do the Monza in gold - or if they did they’re super rare. I went for green.

Twingo now has moderately effective brakes. Only moderately though as they are pathetically small to start with. An upgrade would be an idea but... meh.
Set of tyres and a service next I suppose.

    Big Twingo, meet small Twingo.
Now, question is, anyone know where I might get some 1:18 scale wheels similar to the ones on the big one.
