  1. What do you do when there's a slight dusting of snow on a cold Sunday? Well you go in the garden, and play with your toys in the snow chaos obviously. Oi you Scammel, you should be at the back helping the poor AMC. Pah poxy AMC! Keep up at the back! Breaker breaker one-nine, this here’s the Rubber Duck! We got us a convoy. Popped in at the Castle tea room for a nice cuppa, because the chap in the Jeepster was feeling a tad cold. How did you get down there? I used mi winch innit. How in the flip? Careful now around those leaves they could be slippy. Just picked some furniture from Ikea and had to rent a U Haul. Because some one chopped me up into a pickup, what a spanner. Also The Flying Scotsman went by the bottom of the Garden when I was messing about with toys so that was nice to see, hear and smell. Edit Wow they are low resolution. Edit 2 they may be slightly better now.
  2. Ren 11. Bag of sand with alloys or £750 on original wheels, has two months MOT.
  3. That Merc is ace, it even has the Barris logo on it. Reminds me that I haven't posted this Merc I roof transplanted a while back. Look away now Beetle people. The Beetle roof fitted quite nicely. The doors didn't line up so it was a hard top for a while. But then decided on B pillars (that you can't see in the pic) so a split pin came to the rescue. It's painted with a rattle can of left over paint from my old Ford Ka, it has a slight metalic fleck in it. Here's where someone tells me that Vw was worth 1 million pounds.
  4. Look at the floor mats on the above Proton. Hyacinth Bucket would be proud!
  5. Yeah it's nice isn't it! It's getting a quick detailing at the moment. They had loads in stock so I got a few to repaint and such. I have some spares If you get stuck finding one or two.
  6. Just got these two today (I actually got two Datsuns) from The Yorkshire Trading Co. That reminded me, I got these a few weeks ago also from Yorkshire Trading but I forgot to post them on here. Some Rat Race vibes going on here.
  7. That Landys brilliant love the flip flops and the Corgi logo where the HW logo is.
  8. Small world, I saw that about a month ago.
  9. It was originally red then someone painted it blue then silver by the looks of it.
  10. Chariteee shop find I didn't notice the windows on the Cortina until I got home. Permanent marker removed Glow in the dark windows! Also the doors don't open so I guess it's a late casting? However the star of the show is the P1800.
  11. It's Ted pick up from Postman Pat.
  12. Viv Nicholson Pools winner in 1961. The Yorkshire lass that coined the term Spend spend spend.
  13. Look Mum I'm a Hot Wheels. That reminds me I need to make the Smiler Grogan car from It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World Film. I couldn't find a decent pic so have a video. Did you see it, the way he went sailing right out there? I'm sure the people at Matchbox are slowly making all the cars in this Film.
  14. The Northern lights happened last night, localized entirely in my bedroom. I'd just finished my steamed hams (that looked grilled to me) for tea. So I got a moody shot of the Moggy. The next morning by the Universal serial bus. That's it! Back in the garage the back bumper has fallen off again. More pics to follow as the colour is more blue IRL. I also need to make some number plates.
  15. Looking at my old customs, it seems the older Fleetline casting has the same removable sun visor as the Pick up. The red lead Fleetline is the new Mooneyes casting, with cowl vent apart of the windshield. Looks like I chopped the roof on the Fleetline and 3100 enough to compensate for the window notch, but the windows on the Fleetline have gone missing.
  16. I think the removable sun visor (held in with a rivet) had a notch out of the front windshield. I used to put the sun visor on other cars. Edit: I think @bunglebus and I have had the same thought. I maybe thinking of the Chevy 3100 or did I chop down the Fleetline visor? Either way nice work.
  17. The roof on the Morris looks a tad high. 😄 It's a nice casting I do like the quarter light detail but the grille could do with a bit more depth. I painted a Mooneyes Fleetline mainly because the casting lines on the front wings and boot lid where rubbish. It's a shame the newer casting has the cowl vent in the plastic windshield and none removable sun visor.
  18. Ha! Now I wonder if there is enough metal to make a low light by chopping the wings down?
  19. Cut down the windows and got a coat of primer on the Moggy. I still need to tweak the back window so it fits with the boot lid panel. Sorry for the low light pics it's dark.
  20. @motorpunk to the beige phone! No-responsibility disclaimer morrisoxide is NOT responsible for damages and funding disasters that result from the purchase of this Lancia.
