That dash is certainly a thing of beauty.
I think you need to break up the delivery into manageable chunks, Get some one in Finland to trailer it to ferry, get someone who is travelling on that ferry as a foot passenger to drive it on and off, then trailer/a-frame it home. The logistics should be easy for a man of your capabilities, even if you are only firing on three cylinders.

The difference is actually 70 mm (Left: 2,720 mm, Right: 2,650 mm.
So I wrote both wheelbases on the V55 form.

If you check the wheelbase on your 16 you will find it is 22mm shorter on one side... as designed.

Did cars with pre-selector gear shifts (Lanchesters for one) have a built in Mystic Meg to let you know whether you were going to need to change up or down next?

Yeh, indicators that do cancel always do it at totally the wrong time so you end up holding them in position anyway.

Is it just me who prefers indicators that don't self cancel? I'm perfectly capable of moving a finger myself thank you.

Hi, As anonymous user says it requires skill on the drivers part which is why they were used on vehicles driven by professional drivers like Daimlers, Lagondas, Armstrong Siddeleys and even London buses. With the state of some of the modern drivers skills it's all they can do to keep them between the curbs, without having to think about the next gear.

Blimey, thought that looked familiar, I've driven past it several times times and wanted to stop for a closer look, now I can actually own it.  Wow.  It took several passes over several weeks before I even worked out what it used to be.

*SNORT* Just seen the price.  Good grief, that's some weapons-grade optimism.

Have we had this yet?  Somewhat shonky and not particularly cheap, but a chrome-bumper diesel Familiale must be a pretty rare beast now.

    Classic shiter attitude.

Followed by getting an extra spare car just in case. Then binning of the modern to get another shonky car (Jag or similar)

Soon you will be indulging in a classic fleet reduction* increasing your cars to 10.

Finally you will host Shitefest 2020 on your new farm bought to hold all the cars.
