  1. Even in 1750, with a horse and cart on a rough track cut through the countryside, it wouldn't be too far. What mode of transport was the fella entertaining- space hopper?
  2. Good news. Gaydon have agreed to take them on. https://www.aronline.co.uk/news/mg-rover-prototypes-saved/
  3. Love that. No MOT history online so I'm guessing long-term storage somewhere... Elderly owner passed away?
  4. What a cracking find. Two beautiful designs side by side. A bit of digging tells me the coach is a 1949 Commer Avenger 1. The coach was operated by Motorways (Overseas) Ltd, that pioneered continental coach touring and WW2. The company had four coaches like this one. The bodywork was built by Harrington's of Hove and the dorsal fin was part of their patent air-conditioning system. The Buick is a 53 wagon - the last year Buick used real wood in their cars.
  5. Great to see you on here, Glenn (I was mk2vr6 on RR for many years). Still a little gutted that you're probably going to sack off the Noddy van after so long, but sometimes you do have to clear the decks to retain some semblance of sanity. Welcome!
  6. If you're ever looking for a new home for the 'Stang... 😉
  7. Tesla pickup truck Infinitely better looking than Musk's abortion.
  8. 1960 Maurice Minor It looks like an image from a 1960s Ladybird book.
  9. 1987 General Lee 1987 General Lee jumping over Michael Caine
  10. Jeremy Clarkson with a 1990 Fiat Panda stretch limousine
