  1. Or stick a large block of furniture foam under the seat (this is what I have done on my Dolomite). What I have just read is epic in ever detail. Need more to read now though.
  2. Very similar (the headlights). Some have pilot lights, some have the glass divots in different places (you can notch out the frames of your Dolomite to accommodate these spurious divots), best to get the right ones if you can but the others can be adapted.
  3. If you need any of the daft little bits (door handles as a random example) just let me know, always happy to help out if I have anything here you can use.
  4. I read the topic on FB group and being the administrator of the group in which you posted it I feel embarrassed that you needed to delete it (but totally understood why). I really do dislike Facebook, nice to see a forum like this still encouraging the saving of old rusty cars, I will watch this instead for updates from the Captain.
  5. Thanks, yes seen that one, it looks pretty rough. There is another one in Freshwater which is used all the time regardless of the weather, I have a picture of it somewhere...see if I can find it.
  6. Not really mate, just sort of came across it parked up in the ferry car park one morning, no one was more surprised than me to see it there. There seem to be a metal plate riveted/screwed above one of the headlights measuring up to a true shitebodge fix-it type scenario which did make me chuckle. Here is another shot of it;
  7. I know what you mean. I had a sudden craving for donuts after seeing it...
  8. Some of these might be repeats from earlier in this topic, apologies if they've been seen before. And I think that's me up to date. Hope you like.
