Commer Cob name was used on the Minx based ones , it was dropped on the Imp , just called a Commer Imp van , late ones were Hillman Imp van

I can tell you its not mine , I do know Its a Commer Imp van that someone cut side windows into , then the panels which were kept were refitted using rubber screen seals . Mine is also a Commer Imp van and has had the side windows added sometime before 1974 which are still there

Well I knew about Studebaker Larks - and the Wagonair estate version - what I didnt know was the roof at the rear retracts into the front half to make a pick up . How feckin cool is that -

First off I dont live or go anywhere near Londinium however on R2 today there was much talk of the ULED being expanded to almost all areas within the M25 . That might well feck up the Autoshite massive 🤔

Massive regret was from way back in 1981 , Offered a MK2 3lt Cortina Savage in factory black for £100 with a blown diff and very dodgy brakes , i had the money but my Pops told me no way would i get insurance at the tender age of 17 - he was probably right but i regret it to this day ' -

Had a D reg one same colour , a 60 S no less , thought the S was sport but in reality it was Selecta ie. 5 speed , box was hideous , every change felt like your stirring a bowl of Porridge with a bendy straw

I recon everyone on here knows of these but ive never heard of them until today . The Pontiac Catalina They changed over the years but 1959 seems to be the bonkers " style over everything " phase There was even a one off " El Camino " pickup -
There was a 5 stroke engine concept in 2000 , development work was carried out by Ilmor engineering - a company i have dealings with , not sure how fars its got
