    I know the feeling. After spending quite a few years restoring my Beetle I am enjoying driving it but there nothing else to do to it other than clean it! Luckily the camper needs bodywork to give me something to do but I am tempted to flog the Beetle and get another project

    One dealer near to me has this picture included in their adverts. To be fair the cars always look immaculately presented but they are all over my budget!

    There is a 20 mph zone in Plymouth that has average speed cameras on it. It's awful to drive that road! There are 2 mini roundabouts and hills to tackle as well so I try to avoid going that way

    My Octavia broke down last year when I was stopped in traffic in the outside lane of a dual carriageway. I had about 4 people jump out their cars to help Push me to the side of the road, which was a relief! I have helped others in similar situations before so nice to know it's not just me!

    It was a Samara Flyte according to the decals. I only took 1 picture in my excitement of seeing it, I will have to keep an eye out for it again! Don't know if the interior was standard but it had red flecks much like a late 80's xr3i

    Someone I know was selling some Amazon outer sills, I can't find his advert on Facebook but I can ask him if he still has them?

    I went to a local car show yesterday in the Beetle, the weather put off a lot of people so it was quieter than last year but a good variety. My favourite car there was a base model 205 with 12.5k on the clock that looked like it was still owned by a giffer. Sadly I didn't get a pic of that one.

    I spotted a Lada Samara twice yesterday! Tried to get a pic off my dashcam but it's rubbish. Was a K reg with a body kit

    I saw it again on the way home from work! I now realise my dashcam is rubbish! It was a k reg with a body kit!

    On the way to work this morning I saw a metallic grey Lada Samara coming the other way! Not seen one for years. Tried to get a pic off my dashcam but it was so blurry. I am still in shock!
