Few lazy ones spotted while away this weekend, driving so nicked the photos from Streetview. Nice old Ford Thames and a rural garage near where we were staying.

Saw an Audi TT with the reg C457ROL earlier today
-
Facebook algorithms gave me a laugh the other day, popping up a video of a red Fiat 500 drowning in a ford, followed immediately by a red Fiat 500 for sale, fortunately not the same one.
-
Definitely a lazy spotter as these two were parked next to each other, Sierra is a 2.3 and has covered less than 10,000 miles in the last 17 years or so according to the MoT history, 103k total

Beat me to it, just came here to post that! Not a fan of personalised plates as a rule but love this and the 205.

It's possible, I can only remember him having having Travellers, was a while ago though and my memory isn't the best!

Has to be, Brentwood is the nearest test centre to Billericay so a lot of the lessons took place there, certainly mine did although my instructor in 1988 had an E reg square shape Sunny

The Billericay School of Motoring in my home town always ran a white Morris Minor Traveller. More about the man and his cars here, which is where I pinched the photo from. I can't remember the dates but the Traveller always stood out as being much older than the typical driving school cars.

I log the mileage when I fill up, start of the year was 166032 and on 174730 now, so 8698 miles (the 'fleet' = Nissan Note) Mileage much reduced since Covid as I only have to do the 40 mile round trip to work once a week now, used to be more like 16-17k a year.

This is his car from Silverstone 1981 where he scored that solitary point, if we're right in thinking it's Slim Borgudd, driver and musician
-
I wouldn't have guessed who it was without that clue, but checked the name it brought to mind and the driver did indeed score just one point in his F1 career.
-
I did check and he was still breathing

Austin A90 Atlantic on Facebook, must be a rare old thing "Scrap Austin Atlantic- most mechanical and interior missing , body is scrap but chassis is just repairable!!! Very nice number MNX994 and is transferable. Suit kit car or Austin special. Oswestry"

So sorry to hear this Dave, terribly sad news and really does put all our other minor grumps into perspective.

1965 Ford Zephyr 4 Mk3 £850 on Facebook, in Carmarthen, doesn't look bad for that price. Been standing for several years, its had a lot of work done by different people, due to the standing will need more work. It has a recorded cat C at some point. Passenger front wing fibre glass. Car will need front to rear check and or repair plus full respray. Interior fair some reassembly and 1 door card needed. Engine turns freely.

I posted it up a few months back but can't remember where it was for sale, could well have been eBay, looks quite different now but there surely can't be two of these with N241*** registrations and almost identical mileages so maybe it's just had TLC and a polish in the meantime.
