No heater and a low engine temp? I've had that with a stuck open thermostat. Replacing the thermostat fixed both.

P19 HAM No pic since I was driving and saw it in the rearview. Oddly the DVLA reckons the plate is on an entirely different car which hasn't had MOT or Tax since 2009.
