Marks for timing the hazard flash for every picture.
Marks away for not cleaning the cum stains off the driver's seat.
I'll add a cheeky mark for the glossy tyres. I'm glossy tyre dressing slut.

This XJR looks brilliant. Decent miles, good colour and no rust.

This fallacy of "I've spent money therefore I should get it back" pisses me off. It costs money to rent a tank to crush a car, so should that be reflected in the value when you sell the crushed car?

Nice engines, those. I've always quite liked these

It's got cop tyres, cop suspension, cop shocks but sadly just a stock gearbox.

I put a set of Hankook’s on my Audi daily, they’ve worn well and had 3mm on them but unfortunately one of the rears blew out yesterday. It’s the first time I’ve had a tyre fail, particularly in this fashion. I heard a pop from the rear end and a slight shimmy, the ESP corrected things nicely.
I check tyres and pressures on a regular basis and was hoping to get another couple of thousand miles out of these, not sure if I’d go Hankook again if I’m honest.

    Looks great! Congratulations.

Those Blaupunkt head units are great but quite expensive. I would like one but I can't justify it since I already have a Kenwood with the same features that is nice, but not as nice as the Blaupunkt

Also you write well. Don't worry about that!

The right tool for the job definitely helps!
Theres a snapped piece of the Speedo cable jammed inside and the nub at the end is meant to be smooth and round so I think we can definitely say a replacement is needed.

Which part of a car has a radiator, a gearknob and a hub cap in such close proximity?!
Oh yes of course, the boot.

Fantastic buying of a Volvo. Can't wait for more action.

Now, if you thought the Maestro Clock was a bit too nice for your mantle piece than this could be the timepiece for you.

Many a night lost on that road, fight gotten in to, ah - memories.
Last time I was there, I was on the top floor of the new Snobs, and shouting abuse at some tosser who was kicked out of the club. Kept trying to get back in, bouncer kept kicking him out

First we get an ABBA comeback, and now there's a 1.3 Montego estate at large on the Queen's highway.
This year's been shit in quite a few ways, but I have to say this past week's perked me up no end.
All congrats on the MOT pass, you've put a ton of effort in and it's thrilling to see that pay off!
Looking forward to the many further adventures of this magnificently patinated steed.
