  1. The most unexpected sight locally a Mercury Monterey looking very very sorry for itself
  2. I know it was absolutely lovely and I do appreciate it but it just really annoys me watching it, I’m really surprised at how bad the picture actually looks on it
  3. Extremely washed out colours, manages to be both dull and extremely bright at the same time does this weird frame smoothing thing where everything looks unnatural HDMI inputs look horrendous, very grainy settings make very little difference sound is surprisingly good actually! keeps turning itself on through the night
  4. I realise how ungrateful I do sound, I really don’t intend to and I realise that’s a me problem im just set in my ways really, but I can’t lie that television isn’t all that good
  5. Why yes I completely agree, which is why I’ve hidden my true feelings somewhat, I’d rather not feel this way just got quite annoyed when my television set was called old crap
  6. It is fantastic, really really like it so was quite offended with the whole scenario doesn’t even have a scart connector so can’t watch my videos
  7. We’ve been purchased a new television by my partners parents this thing now I brought my lovely old Panasonic plasma with us, absolutely cracking bit of kit i wish they’d not bothered, apparently it’s great but I can’t watch the new tv it’s absolutely horrendous seriously the worst television I’ve watched in a good while I tend to sit in the bedroom now and watch my vastly superior Panasonic set toshiba fire tv, don’t bother, it’s a pile of crap thankfully I’ve said I’ll never watch it

as the weather is getting better i need to fix something so the heater is stuck on fully hot, nothing broken behind the knob so it'll be the flaps behind the glovebox this wasn't an issue until recently with it being cold and a stuck mostly open thermostat made it quite pleasant actually but now it's warm enough where on most journeys with any bit of town driving it gets up to temp adding to the warmer weather it makes it rather unpleasant so that's my job for tomorrow, see if i can mend it the heater is very good, it works too well

I’m a huge fan of the dc07, I’d say it’s probably their best upright the other advantage is that there’s still absolutely loads of them out there and they’re really cheap, so worst case if it’s catastrophic I scrap it and buy another Tempted for get a dc15 for downstairs as they’re rather quirky

Whilst yes I agree it’s Malaysian built but it still counts as a classic as it’s better than their current offerings
  11. Surprisingly not as always I’m one of the few who actually turn up and do the job
  12. i work as a van driver at asda i hate it i fucking hate it, i start at 3pm today and i'm really tempted to just not turn up but alas i need the money completely inept management, bullying culture, fuck sake i take these jobs for low stress and they're perfect for my income needs apparently i was meant to be in on friday, despite being told the shift was cancelled and i was about 100 miles away on a day probably going to get the sack today don't care i hate it

They’re never the best on low speed sharp bumps it’s where they get caught out, that’s normal for a hydro Citroen

well 400 miles covered today furthest I’ve ever driven this car, absolutely no issues at all which is pleasing! All 7 spheres now replaced both centre spheres were full of oil, no gas at all corner spheres were between 0 and 10 PSI accumulator was about dead too suffice to say, 7 brand new spheres have completely transformed the car, it actually has suspension now, stays up for longer and just feels fantastic it has float!

No real update, could use a new battery right fuelling issue it primes up and then starts fine, only the first start of the day causes issues really and I’d definitely say air is getting into the fuel system somewhere I have noticed the hand primer is new, now I had issues with my last XM when I piped it incorrectly does this look alright to you lot? absolutely no running issues once it’s going anyway driving it down to Westroen tomorrow for 7 new spheres, really looking forward to it! longest journey I’ll have done in the car by an absolute mile
  19. I built some in cupboard shelves completely out of scrap bits we had around the house im quite pleased with the results too

fixed the boost guage today, was quite simple really intercooler pipe beside the batery had become slightly detached, just enough to cause issues also should explain the oil leak i seem to be having at the minute, hopefully it should be all sorted now as i can't see anything leaking on the acgtual engine and some oil had come out of the degtached pipe also happened to note it seemed to have just popped off, so loosened the clamp, wedged it in good and proper and tightened it up all seems fine, it is vastly quicker and sounds a lot healthier now too! can actually hear the turbo doing it's job so yes, pleased that one proved to be an easy fix otherwise all is going well stil, and really enjoying the car!
  21. I have a feeling it was the E30 (if I believe) that went through a red light and was struck by the range rover
