I can understand LBF's frustration when myths and errors get perpetuated by people who should really know better though - in my own little field of interest I've had to combat that, even to the extent of being told I'm wrong because the English-speaking bit of the Internet says otherwise.
If @LightBulbFun is doing a book on Invacars and invalid carriages in general, I will certainly put my name down for a copy.

No. You do not think that. Stop it. Stop it now.
It's as big a commitment as you want it to be. If you want to make millions* like Dollywobbler is quite clearly making then yes, there's a lot of hustling involved. But, if you want it to sit there on the internet as an opus to the Invacar, so that other like minded weirdos aficionados or people who have had their perversion interest tickled by the sight of an Invacar can actually learn about them, then it will be what it is. A reference for the greater good.
You have all of this information, you have all of this knowledge, and it's just stuck inside your head. You have the ability, you have a charisma about you that is different to other people. You're different to me, you're different to Iain, you're different to @Kiltox, you're different to idriveaclassic, you're different to everyone. But there is a lid for every pot, and while you won't be everyone's cup of tea, you should never believe that you should be everyone's cup of tea. You are you because of who you are, and the major thing I think everyone gets told when doing the YouTube is be yourself. Which, when you consider these knobheads who make videos of the same shite going OMG HOW FAST CAN I GO FRU MACCYD'S DRIVE THRU BRO - well I don't know.
Impart your knowledge and wisdom of the subject to YouTube, and see how it goes. You will get arseholes and knobheads taking the piss, but you know what - they haven't put themselves out there. So fuck them. If you have confidence and a belief in what you are doing, then the words of those people you are worried about (which we're all worried about when we put something out in to the public domain) shouldn't matter.
You don't have to ad lib, you can write a script, and you can practice. It'd do wonders for your public speaking, although that said having been introduced to many a light bulb by you on the Tuesday calls you don't seem to struggle with that. Plus, really, you've a lot of people here who would be happy to lend an eye or an ear to anything you want to put out and give you feedback.
I think you could do something really cool and (importantly) really helpful to the wider car community. I'd back you on it.

nice to see TWC is out and about once more

although I really wish you would be a bit more positive/show the whole story when you give a potted history on the the Model 70

for example there where many different control schemes available, and that TWC is not of standard handle bar control layout, the standard layout was per TPA with switch gear and hand brake left

TWC only has her odd control layout because that is what her last user needed because of his or her disabilities
and for example you could get a floor mounted hand operated, or foot pedal foot operated parking brake should you require it, I know of a Model 70 that had 4 foot pedals because of that! which amusing when they are an automatic car!
you could also get single handed tiller controls or a regular steering wheel if you had weak arms and needed the extra gearing a steering wheel provided and likewise you could also get a brake booster installed if for similar reasons you needed one
and that Graham hill drove an AC Acedes Mk15 which is not exactly a fair representation of a Model 70 is it now

and also the Model 70 was crash tested by MIRA and data from those tests was used to improve the Model 70 and produce the Model 70 Mark B and later revisions with strengthened chassis to improve front and rear crash worthiness, and engine restraints to stop the driveline from entering the cabin in the event of bad accident
im not saying they are safe compared todays cars but, a lot of people seem to paint the picture that safety was not thought about at all, and that they where much worse then contemporary cars when that very much was not the case
how many cars even today came with a fire extinguisher as standard and later Model 70's even had a rollover bar to protect the occupants in the event of a rollover crash/accident
which most other cars of the time did not have
and the driving test was a bit more involved than just a drive round a car park
they legally where motorcycles more or less back then (still are depending on the weight of the vehicle) so each user had to pass what was basically a motorcycle test and had driving lessons with an instructor
one amusing anecdote of this Is of an examiner getting run over by an Invacar, because he was taking one out on test and told the user "when I see you come round I will out onto the road I want you to do an emergency stop"
and an Invacar came round, so the examiner stepped out onto the road, but it was NOT the Invacar under test so the poor examiner got run over!

a lot of what you hear from back then was a Vocal minority, that basically just wanted Free Mini's and then it was all picked up by the press as the thing to shit on basically
the original  plan was to get rid of all Invacars by 1981! but this caused such an outcry by the silent majority that they where not withdrawn until as you say in 2003
as you do say, a lot of Invacar users could not drive a regular car because they simply could not be adapted like the Model 70 could be, because a regular car was not built for the disabled while the Model 70
and also the Model 70 was free on the DHSS, but a motability car would cost you money still, and if you did have a family or such the DHSS would give you a regular car for free, you could even get Renault 4's!
and this picture for example was part of a protest against the decision to get rid of all Invalid vehicles by 1981 from people who really did not want to give up their machines!

    I say all this
because for the most part your just saying what all the news websites say, and its bit disheartening when I have put so much time and effort researching the actual facts and figures
for someone keep perpetuating the myths and wrong information etc
and I will admit you do sort of sit there and go whats the bloody point then
but alas ill keeping fighting for the Model 70 as much as people laugh/take the piss out of me me for it!

anyways I look forward to seeing more TWC adventures

I will admit I did go into a bit of a ramble there and im not expecting @dollywobbler to say word for word/detail what I wrote up
(although if he did want to do a deep dive into the Invacar video, id be more then willing to help with that!)

but its just that, Dollywobbler is the public relations guy when it comes to Invacars, just by virtue of the fact they are so obscure and he got popular with his
there are no other big youtubers/internet people doing Invacars
so anytime anything Invacar related happens he is called to it, and people treat him as the Invacar authority figure, so what he says people will tend to believe
and thats fine and all, but I just wish because of this, that a little bit more effort would be made to getting the facts and figures right

theres no way im unsubscribing from his channel!  it is very awesome and I very much enjoy his content still!
I just wanted to get that grievance so to speak off my chest it had been sitting there for a good while!

For some reason the M1 was awful today. Everyone sitting in the outside lane, middle lane moving faster. Been sitting in middle/outside lanes.
Got stuck in the outside lane behind a black Transporter full of blokes in hivis, after a while I moved to the middle lane as there was more space. They give me a weird look and speed up a bit. Sat back behind them to overtake some people.
This guy can't hold his speed it turns out. Went to move back into the middle lane as it was clear and this Transporter just swerves to block me, so I correct to the right and they swerve back. Dropped a gear and passed them on the inside to get away then decided to stay in the middle lane. Transporter fucks off up the outside lane, then moves into the middle lane and sits in some dead space and slows down to about 60. I just sit at 70 and obviously catch up, as I'm passing them I notice the drivers window is open -  as I was passing a fucking milk bottle comes out of the window and bounces off my windscreen. Mercifully it was raining and it only made a small splat at the top of the screen which didn't affect me at all, just quickly hit the wipers and it was gone.

    No bloody words.

Manchester centre has only just recovered from the Trafford centre effect, that and the idiots in the council introducing parking charges for on street after 6/7pm which did a lot of restaurants over.

I get that they don’t want you to use your car, but really Manchester is congested because it like London was managed into congestion.

Lights rephased to screw flow, double lanes painted to single, mindless one way systems that all stack up to slower flow and more local emissions.

Perversely the worse the car flow gets the worse it is for cycling, the motorists are stuck still, cycles struggling to get by on the inside and motorcycles down the middle it becomes carnage.

We would be better off taxing the shit out of air travel.

Because many folk are obsessed with power not range. Especially if you read car reviews. Yes range is mentioned but check out something like carwow and all that irritating twat goes on about is power & launch times etc etc - stuff that is basically pointless but many arseholes are into.

I was in the garage earlier mucking about cleaning an old vice & using my old Numatic Henry that lives in there, the base of it is off a different one but the top/motor is one of the originals badged Numatic & has no cable rewind reel, you just bundle the cable up & hang it off a hook on the back. It must be from the 1980's but the bugger still works !

Yup, first 2 are the year, 2nd 2 the week.
But only from the early 90s. 80s and earlier you've got to have the motor out as its on the motor label. A rare thing is a nice working original DAF motor. I've got one in my nv200 (not its original motor but it's an age appropriate daf) and it's a bit ticky on wind down, but I barely use it so meh...

On the older Vacs you can date them from the first two digits of the serial number (on the top).

Sounds like a nice nv200! Yup, keep the carbon brushes changed and it'll go on forever! Wheras the 620w motors they use now like to blow a coil wire off one of the terminals, usually with a nice big flash and bang. Same with the 620w motors in miele vacuums actually 🤔 My beautiful white Miele C3 silence was free because of that. Used it for a month or so, stuck it in the loft for 6 months and pretended I wanted to add it to the collection then flogged it for £70 on facebook...
Sometimes their repairable but sometimes their too far melted.

I've been doing this for years. Only recently, because I couldn't be arsed did I replace, rather than repair, my 30 year old telly. I still have it and once I have the motivation again, I will do my best to fix it.
Trouble is, magazines and wankpapers like the Daily Mail like to sell you "lifestyle".
Which invariably involves rampant consumerism - and borrowing money is frankly what props the UK economy up.

I once had one as a hire car. At the time (late 1980s) I was living in South Wales and was heading to London to pick up some bits for my car. Knowing I'd get stuck in city traffic I booked a mid sized automatic, at the time I knew that Godfrey Davies didn't have that many and true to form was upgraded to a brand new, less than 100 miles on the clock Renault 25.
It was an absolute delight, wafted along as I played with all the accessories that my own car didn't have.
I had to go around to Ealing, home of the black and white comedy films and at the time F H Douglas the oldest Morgan dealer in the world. I was picking up some second hand parts for my 1939 Morgan (my only car at the time) I think the site they were on would be worth a fortune, but it was a ramshackle collection of sheds, full to the brim with second hand Morgan parts.
The capacious boot of the Renault easily swallowed the dusty/oily bits. I was considerate enough to have brought an old blanket to put them on.
At the time I thought the Renault was a lovely car, but not for me as it frightened me when I looked under the bonnet. Certainly one of my better hire car upgrades and on a par with me being given a Mercedes instead of a Metro by Hertz (car was booked, hadn't come back in and the Merc was the only thing available)
I think FH Douglas has sadly gone now, pic from Internet
