With the 1300 sold, this morning I had a lovely 80 mile pootle around Norfolk in the LDV and along the way wisely* invested some of the proceeds in this...

...will probably be up for sale/roffle in a month or so!

These seem to be crawling out of the woodwork lately

The Austin Allegro is 50 on 18th May.  To celebrate the club had a weekend of events, the main one being at the Gaydon motor museum yesterday.  Initially we'd thought it would be great to get 50 cars together, but as interest grew our hopes expanded to maybe 75.  In the end exactly 80 turned up!

I've seen loads today, Bluebird hatch, 240 estate, but I was driving so no pics. Had to stop for this one though

This weekend the volvo got a rear bumper in the correct colour, only have this photo to hand. 

For the first time in five years all the panels are the correct colout and are almost all straight and true! 

Picket this bike up cheap with a aim to flip it, too many projects on the go at the moment though! But the rover 416 is done at least! 
We are going to drive it down too southern Italy to raise money for Bowel Cancer! Will get some photos uploaded of the rover, but it's not pretty. If anyone can spare a couple quid it would be appreciated. Donation page! Maybe I can keep a thread up to date on here! 

Took the Trabant to a little car meet this evening, I doubt a 58 Plymouth and a Trabant have ever been pictured together. I do love the Trabant but I do know what I would rather have

Can an admin move this to the general Autoshite forum please? I think it's serving more as a chronicle of what I'm doing to it to fix it rather what I'm doing to it to sell it.
I'm not inclined to scrap this, I've also had no offers, (which I don't blame anyone for). So I think right now my plan is to get it running, bring it back to the condition it was meant to be in (and then some - maybe).

Had our 1st visitor to the garden now it's warmed up a bit.
The dogs were very surprised!
