Have we had this yet?  The man himself introduces the latest Rover SD1 range to the BL sales force.  Props to the friend who sent me the link direct, I know he reads this forum sometimes but not under what userID.
 

As you may have seen I'm in the process of buying a 1968 DS.



Yesterday I went to see if I could get it running.

There were no sparks, but a clean of the points sorted that.

The fuel tank leaks so a temporary fuel supply was rigged.

A bit of churning and she fired up. No LHM leaks so she raised right up.

As soon as some iffy paperwork is sorted collection will occur.
I'll keep this thread updated with the full horror that a cheap DS will inevitably reveal.

There's also these (house also around £1.5 mill). The neighbours, all with immaculately manicured gardens, must love him!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I will be bunging the full set up on Flickr overtime but i am going though a house move at the moment so might take a while, anyway the last bunch are from the steam side of things.

I might as well chuck up the commercial stuff, seeing as i'm in front of the PC for a change. I think most of it is in Brighton?.

Sorry for the boring title! anyway yesterday at my car meet someone gave me a disc that he made in 2007 of old cars at shows which he scanned from some glass slides he found in a skip, the original slides he gave to the transport museum but he's now given me the disc to share. There's over 1100 images of cars, commercials and steam vehicles! I thought it's share a few on here if there's any interest anymore?.
Most of them are vintage cars at local shows and i don't know what they are but the background cars which would have been modern back then (i believe they are from 1974-1978) are quite interesting in my opinion!

This is TagoraSX's car. Not sure if he still owns it and sells it through a dealer or the dealer bought it.
The car had been very well restored.
