Even with MoTs I still see pickups and 4x4s here with snapped chassis. Most recently this one which starred on the eBay thread.

All xmas cards in the village delivered this morning and all others chucked in the post box. This evening the fair wife will be installing decorations and I shall be watching her, whilst consuming my first alcoholic drink in 3 months. Although I haven't actually had a drink I haven't stopped buying the stuff, so I've managed to build up a bit of a buffer for the xmas period.
  Today is the first day of xmas, so let me be the very first to wish you all a reasonable festive period.

Right, I failed at adulting.
I've still not got all my energy back from covid, kids are harvesting bugs of all sorts. 
I'm working part time on average but it feels like 80 hrs a week.
I left the kids to entertain themselves yesterday while I had to sleep which started a chain of events leading to leaving the ignition on in the V70, now the French is jump starting the V70.
A month or two ago I broke my phone rather spectacularly and I was unable remember my password to AS or which email I used to sign in so I had to message the beacon of functionality that is @brownnova in the end to get back in!

Second train acheived at Leeds - only just made it after the first train was held outside the station. I'm on this all the way to Peebo, so I was extremely relieved to be greeted with a nice comfy Intercity 225 set, and not one of those stupid Hitachis.
